Lamber de Bie at Waterford Castle

At Waterford Castle at their annual Spring Wedding fair Lamber de Bie, Master Florist took this opportunity to decorate their tables as well as the entrance of this fairy tail wedding venue with some of his forecasts for weddings 2023/24

We were delighted to see also present was Shane O’Neill ,a not only amazing wedding photographer who took all these pictures but also ever the nicest company.

Lamber's forecasted trends for wedding floral decor:

Wedding Flower Trend 1

The Wow Effect

Creating a Wow feature that will become a perfect Selfie spot for your guests throughout the day.
Here we created this display at the entrance to the castle.
Cloud like floral displays, used to make a statement at venue entrance or as a backdrop to the ceremony or even hanging as an actual cloud over eg the top table.
Here we used lots of Gypsophylla, some in the natural white colour and some coloured in soft pink, sand and cappuccino colour.

Wedding Flower Trend 2

Wild Garden Meadow Flowers

Wedding table decor: Colourful Garden Meadow
Bright colourful spring garden display.
A collection of bright colourful “wildly growing” from a selection of different glass bottles across the centre of the table.
This natural, kind of wild flower garden look was created with all spring flowers but could be interpreted with different summer flowers later in the season also.

Wedding Flower Trend 3

Sophisticated, Elegance in White

Wedding table decor: sophisticated elegance in all white
For this table decor I choose a long row of clear glass cube glass vases across the centre with lots of white and Ivory flowers cascading over the edge of the table onto the floor.
This in combination with ivory dinner candles in glass candle holders creates a timeless classic look that always wows.

Wedding Flower Trend 4

Romantic Summer Garden Flowers

Wedding table decor: Summer Garden with tall Candelabra’s
This design with flowers in different toned oi pink and green is a favourite for the past few years now and I see this continuing for 2023 & 2024.
The selection of soft greens are as important as the flowers in this design and transfer your thoughts to a warm summer evening in the garden.
In the beautiful ballroom of Waterford Castle this is a real stunner.
