Easter Display at Mount Juliet Estate

This year Lamber worked in collaboration with the people in Mount Juliet to build two very special Easter displays in both the Manor House Hotel as well as for the Hunter’s Yard Hotel who are both part of the amazing Mount Juliet Estate.
Lamber and his team are very familiar with both hotels as not only do they look after all the flowers for the hotels on a daily base they are also often there to look after the flowers for weddings and other events throughout the year.
For the 5-Star Manor House Hotel Lamber created a very large Easter bunny of straw that he acquired from a local farmer. After being satisfied with the shape he than collected fresh moss from the Mount Juliet Estate and covered the complete bunny with a natural green moss skin.

The Moss bunny is positioned in the main entrance lobby of the Manor House Hotel to welcome every guest to this magnificent country House Hotel over the Easter season. The amazing people from house keeping at the hotel spray the bunny a number of times every day to make sure it remains as fresh as it was on day one when Lamber brought him inside.
For the newly extended Hunter’s Yard Hotel at Mount Juliet, Lamber ended up working with the Executive Head Chef Ken Harker who created a number of giant Lolly Pops for the Easter display welcoming all guests here.
The chef started by building a very large wooden mold and filling it with many, many large bags of sweets melted and fused with different colours. The result is a mouth watering display, a true piece of artistry. Lamber build an Easter themed display around these lolly pops using branches and moss from the Mount Juliet Estate, as well as lots of blown out and coloured eggs.
